What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details of your order. If you pay online, your payment is processed by Shopify — card numbers are handled by Shopify and never reach our servers.

When you submit a reservation or catering enquiry, we receive the details you type into the form by email.

How we use it

To prepare and fulfil your order, to contact you about that order or booking, and to keep the records a business is required to keep. If you opt in, we may send you occasional offers — every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Our payment and ordering platform (Shopify) and, where relevant, a delivery partner. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

This site stores your cart in your own browser so it survives moving between pages. Shopify sets its own cookies during checkout, which are necessary for payment to work.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@bancankitchen.ca.
