Orders

An order is accepted once payment completes and you receive confirmation. We may decline or refund an order if an item is unavailable or if we cannot fulfil it in a reasonable time.

Prices and tax

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable HST is added at checkout. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup times given at checkout are estimates and may move at busy periods. Please check your order before leaving.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, mustard, sesame and shellfish. We take care, but we cannot guarantee any dish is free of a given allergen. If you have a serious allergy, please call before ordering.

Cancellations and refunds

Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins — call us straight away. Once cooking has started an order cannot be cancelled. Catering bookings are subject to the terms agreed in your quote.

Reservations

A table request is confirmed only when we call you back. We hold reserved tables for fifteen minutes past the booked time.
